Star Career Help’s journey began in 2008 when Co-Director Kirstin took on a high-level role in medical recruitment. In 2010, she launched her own recruitment agency, Star HR. Over the past two decades, has reviewed thousands of exceptional resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles alongside her team.

Co-Director Jessamy has grown up immersed in the recruitment world as Kirstin’s daughter. With over five years of industry experience and a diverse background across multiple sectors, she brings a strong blend of refined interview coaching and candidate screening expertise.
